AlignJobs: I validated on Threads before I wrote any code

AlignJobs is a platform that helps Indonesians find remote, entry-level jobs more easily.

Test first, build later

Before writing any code, I tested the idea on Threads. Instead of building a full product and hoping people would want it, I put the idea in front of real people first and paid attention to how they responded.

Why validate before building

Building is the expensive part. A post costs almost nothing, so it's the cheapest way to find out whether a problem is real before spending weeks on a product.

It's how I like to work in general: test small, learn from the response, then decide what's worth building.

Where it stands

AlignJobs is in progress now. I'll share what I learn as I build it.
